Ten years in made-to-order B2B furniture — sales, design, then automation. Since 2022 I write software for a living: four-plus years of commercial development, the last three as the only engineer at a Moscow furniture manufacturer, where I own the whole digital side — catalog site, pricing calculators, order management, infrastructure, AI assistants. I work AI-first. I also build hardware: irrigation, lighting, Home Assistant.

B2B catalog for made-to-order furniture: configure a product in the calculator, see the price, order without registering.

One pricing engine for more than a hundred product models; a three.js prototype rebuilds the 3D model as parameters change.

Order management for the factory, replacing the 2017 system whose spec I wrote as a sales manager. Rewritten in a week to get an API for integrations.

Product photos from the factory and clients' offices are reworked with Gemini into clean catalog shots; product descriptions are generated from raw parameters.

An English trainer: words come from live conversation with an AI and come back as spaced-repetition cards in seven forms.

Online preferans for three or four friends with built-in video chat, in a 'club' setting.

Eight irrigation zones with flow metering, lighting over an RS485 dimmer, everything in Home Assistant. Running at my place — the base of SmartGarden.

Draw the cable run in familiar units, place the fixtures — get wire gauges, adapters and a bill of materials.
A bot fills a product card from a raw description; Claude edits products on the live site through MCP.
Chatwoot + an AI bot that prices products and hands over to a manager when needed. Starting point: ~30% of emails were answered within an hour.
AI assistant for the team in Telegram: knowledge base, Metrika, Webmaster, Direct, Wordstat, the site through MCP, read-only access to the OMS. Pydantic AI + aiogram.
Personal AI assistant: server, mail, Telegram, an Obsidian knowledge base.
Several mailboxes into Telegram, LLM triage, reply straight from the chat.
Booking of display showcases for rent.
Mail, ELK alerts; many one-task bots that were switched off once the task was done.
Arduino, 3D printing, home brewing with a temperature probe in the tank logging to a console, a hydroponics attempt, lamps with touch buttons — hardware has been a long-running interest, not a course.
I work AI-first.
Features are built with Claude Code; I review everything and write the critical parts myself — auth, payments, infrastructure — and spend most of my time on architecture and the product. Minimal dependencies, pragmatic simplicity over over-engineering, open standards, resilience to network failures. The clearest proof: the order management system we once built with a hired developer, I rewrote alone in a week.
Wrote specs and ran a development project (OMS v1); worked with freelance designers on the Pioner site — set tasks and signed off on layouts [TBD: details].
Remote, Asia/Phnom Penh (UTC+7). Employers, clients and anyone with a factory that still runs on spreadsheets — write.
